Business Strategy + Systems
Turn competing ideas, scattered information, and inconsistent processes into clearer priorities and a more intentional way of operating.
Chloe’s Creative Studio helps founders and small teams clarify priorities, build better systems, lead important projects and events, implement practical AI workflows, and create the communications needed to move the work forward.

You may already know what you want to build. The harder part is translating that vision into priorities, systems, timelines, decisions, and consistent follow-through while the rest of the business keeps moving.
That is where the studio fits. I step into work that needs both strategic thinking and practical ownership, then help carry it from “we should do this” to something organized, usable, and finished.
Research + Planning
Founder-Led
Strategy + SystemsYou do not need to know which service label fits before reaching out. We start with what is happening, what needs to change, and what someone needs to take ownership of.
Turn competing ideas, scattered information, and inconsistent processes into clearer priorities and a more intentional way of operating.
Give important work a real owner so timelines, people, vendors, decisions, and details stop living entirely in the founder’s head.
Plan thoughtful experiences with the operational discipline required to make them feel seamless for guests and manageable behind the scenes.
Create the customer-facing pieces that need to communicate the business clearly and feel as considered as the work behind them.

AI is useful when it removes friction from real work. I help identify the right opportunities, map the workflow, build repeatable prompt or automation systems, and document how the team should actually use them. The goal is not “more AI.” It is a better operating system.
The business works, but too much depends on memory, manual work, or one person knowing how everything fits together.
A launch, rollout, partnership, event, or internal project needs strategy and follow-through, but everyone already has a full plate.
You need options compared, vendors evaluated, information synthesized, or a recommendation you can actually act on.
The team is experimenting with tools, but there is no consistent process, prompt system, documentation, or implementation plan.
The guest-facing details matter, and so do the schedules, vendors, communications, contingency plans, and tiny pieces behind them.
You need someone who can take a goal, organize the moving pieces, ask the right questions, and keep the work progressing without constant prompting.
From founder dinners and community activations to retreats, partnership events, and guest-facing brand moments, I help shape both what people experience and what has to happen behind the scenes to deliver it with polish.
Strong execution is not just about getting through a checklist. The best partnerships make the work clearer, reduce unnecessary friction, and create enough structure for everyone involved to move with confidence.
Some problems need a concentrated week of thinking. Others need someone embedded long enough to carry the work through. Both are valid.
A focused engagement to diagnose a problem, sort priorities, and leave you with a concrete path forward.
A defined initiative that needs strategy, project ownership, coordination, and execution from beginning to end.
Flexible planning and production support for events, retreats, partnerships, and guest-facing experiences.
Fractional strategic and operational support for founders or small teams that need ongoing ownership across multiple priorities.

I built Chloe’s Creative Studio for work that rarely fits neatly into one job description. I like understanding the larger business problem, translating it into a plan, and then staying close enough to execution to make sure the plan actually works.
That often means stepping into the middle: between idea and implementation, between founder vision and day-to-day operations, or between multiple people and moving pieces that need clearer direction.
My background in psychology and research shapes how I work: ask better questions, look for patterns, synthesize the noise, and make the next decision easier.
